Shareef NM, one of the pioneer respiratory therapists of India, began his journey in this field after tragically losing his father to respiratory aliments. He decided on that day that he would choose a path where he could help people like his father and those who suffered with similar ailments. In honour of his father’s memories,he aspires to save lives with his skills.
With his visionary ideas to help improve the respiratory care in India, he is the co-founder and director of Breath Care Health services, an organisation which aims to provide quality and effective respiratory care at your doorstep.
Currently, Shareef is the executive committee member of the Indian association of respiratory care and the chairman of Indian association of respiratory care, Bangalore regional committee and is responsible to promote high quality formal training for the Respiratory therapists in qualified institutions. He is also responsible for facilitating the continuation of education by conducting conferences, workshops etc.
Above all, Shareef makes an active effort in guiding and providing mentorship to the students of respiratory therapy.
He has completed his education from the prestigious Narayana Health city Hospital, Bangalore and has gained vast experience of more than 6 years. He has worked in institutions like St. Martha’s hospital and was a clinical coordinator at Sapthagiri Institute of medical sciences, Bangalore. Currently, Shareef is working as a lead respiratory therapist at Sparsh multispeciality Hospital, Bangalore.
His unique experience, including managing an integrated healthcare delivery system comprising hospitals, diagnostics, primary care and daycare speciality, has given him the exceptional opportunity to transform healthcare businesses across different verticals. He is also responsible for building global healthcare delivery organisations in both developed and developing countries through organic and M&A driven growth initiatives.
Shareef places the fond memories of his father at his heart and sincerely wants to make a difference to the society and help as many people as possible by making them believe that they can overcome their struggles.
Junaid k a well experienced hand in cardiac care technology ,got interested in this field after realizing the hardships that a layman has to suffer when they have cardiac issues.
Junaid ,a man born with skills ,started his journey to become a cardiac sonographer.He completed his graduation from Narayana hrudayala institute College of allied health science in Cardiac Care technology and echocardiography.
He started working at Ramaiah Narayana Heart Institute 2015 and continues till date. He is the member of Indian Society of Echocardiography ( ISE ).He is the director of breath care health services,which is widely recognised by many these days .He also is the member of Bangalore regional committee.
He is the one responsible for providing training for the novices in the sector and analysing the skills of the trained ones.
Mr.Junaid also plays an integral part in inspiring and promoting many students to make this one a career choice. Being the director of the breath care services ,Mr. Junaid has a vast experience in coordinating the activities under one roof.
Mr Junaid always want to keep those in need first, especially the layman,when it comes to the servicing. His vision and ideas for rendering service to the general public is explicit His approaches always motivates the people in distress to over come this struggles.

Dr Saleem Javeed- completed the MBBS course in 2002. After working a year in KC general hospital, joined the Sridevi hospital. He did General practice in a reputed clinic in Bangalore for many years before joining DNB in Shifa hospital. Later working one year abroad.
He completed his fellowship in Diabetes for Jaipur University , and was working as a consultant Diabetologist in Diacon hospital Bangalore. He has his clinic specializing in Diabetes And general practice in Sanjay Nagar.
Dr.Bhaskar is an internationally acknowledged expert in the field of Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology. He has been actively involved in setting up the department of Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is one of the pioneers in implantation of ICD and biventricular pacemakers in India and has one of the largest experiences in this field. He has been performing electrophysiological studies and ‘Radio Frequency Catheter Ablation’ for various complex cardiac arrhythmias for over 3 years, with plenty of successful procedures to his credit.
